What if the products arrived damaged?


  • If a product is damaged or does not arrive as described, we have a return policy of one month. Please notify as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the matter and help you right away. If notified after a month, please contact us so that we can figure out a solution for you.



Who covers delivery costs?


  • We provide free delivery through one of our logistical partners as long as the MOQ is reached. We assure you that the goods will be delivered at the correct temperature.



How do I get product prices?

Can I pick up the order?


  • Yes. If you prefer to pick up the order and come visit us this is would be no problem.




Can I return a product after it is delivered?
