What if the products arrived damaged?


  • If a product is damaged or does not arrive as described, we have a return policy of one month. Please notify as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the matter and help you right away. If notified after a month, please contact us so that we can figure out a solution for you.



Who covers delivery costs?


  • We provide you with free delivery through one of our partnering logistics company. We assure you that the goods will be delivered at the correct temperature.



What are the requirements to order?


  • You must order a mix pallet that weighs minimum of 600kg. You can select various products from our catalog and mix it together. If you have any questions regarding the products please contact us so that we can provide you with more information.



How do I get product prices?


  • Since pricing depends delivery conditions, locations and quantity order, please email us at sales@tonysdelighteu.com so that our team can get in touch with you.



Can I pick up the order?


  • Yes. If you prefer to pick up the order and come visit us this is would be no problem.




Can I return a product after it is delivered?
